Brows
HD Brows
is a bespoke treatment that’s totally tailored to each client. It’s often referred to as being a 7 step treatment. Here, we’ll strip it back to the 7 basic principles of HD Brows.
Preparation, Sensitivity & Patch Testing
First up, your stylist will ensure that you’re suitable for the treatment. A patch test is required 48 hours before your first treatment, but then after that you’ll only need one again if you have a 6 month period where you don’t come into contact with PPD (the tinting ingredient in our Brow Dyes). You can also opt to have a wax test too, which is advisable if you have sensitive skin.
Consultation
Consultation is key. This is why it’s one of the most important parts of the treatment.
During the consultation, your stylist will ask lots of questions to determine exactly how you envisage your dream brows. We’ll make sure we’re working to achieve a shape, size, colour and style that suits you and your personality.
Tinting
Every stage of the treatment is tailored to you and tinting is no different. We don’t just apply a standard eyebrow tint; our Brow Dyes can be custom blended to make a colour that is perfect you. The tint it then applied all over the brow area, picking up those fair, fluffy hairs and incorporating them into the brow shape. Clever, huh?
Did you know that eyebrow tinting doesn’t have to make the brows darker? If you’re totally happy with your current colour, we can match this to only pick up those fine hairs. Likewise, HD Brows Lightening can also be performed by pro, master or elite stylists if you’re hoping to achieve a lighter or cool, ashy tone.

Waxing
Next up is waxing. Our HD Brows stylists use an exclusive design formula to create your desired brow shape through waxing. Whether you’re looking to take them thinner or grow them back, your stylist will be able to achieve this.
Threading
In the HD Brows treatment, we don’t use threading to design the shape of the brow. We use it to remove any of those fair hairs that we don’t want to use in the brow shape, blending away any tell-tale wax lines and ensuring smooth make up application.
Finishing
We’re eyebrow perfectionists, which is why we have the finishing stage. Any remaining hairs are tweezed away for a clean finish and, if necessary, long brow hairs are trimmed so they fall in line with of the brow shape. Finally, make up is applied to any sparse areas to illustrate how the brows will look if they are left to grow in. Approximately 80% of clients will be on a regrowth program to help them along their brow journey and achieve their ultimate brow goals.
Aftercare
To maintain that fresh brow feeling, i’s really important you follow all aftercare advice. Rule number 1: your brows are now the property of your HD Brows stylist and only they can remove a single hair from your brows. Just kidding. But seriously, throw those tweezers in the bin! Even plucking one or two hairs can slow down how quickly you achieve your desired brows.
Post-treatment advice is given about what you can’t do with your brows for the first few days. Furthermore, your stylist may also recommend brow products to enable you to recreate your beautiful brows from home. Buying HD Brows products from your Stylist is beneficial as they can colour match you as well as advise you on the best products for your brows and how to use them like a pro.
